For any question about your data, you can use the contact form.
What data we collect and why
Contact form. When you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, the subject and your message. We use this data only to answer your question. The legal basis is your consent (you choose to send the message) and our legitimate interest in replying to you. Messages are sent to us by email and are not stored in the website’s database.
Server data. Like every website, our hosting provider automatically records some technical data when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the date and time of your visit. This data is used for security and to keep the website working properly.
Cookies. This website only uses cookies that are necessary for it to work (for example, to keep an administrator logged in). We do not use cookies for advertising.
How long we keep your data
We keep messages from the contact form only as long as needed to answer your question and handle any follow-up, and then delete them.
Who we share your data with
We never sell your data. Your data is only processed by our hosting provider (Hostinger), which stores the website on its servers on our behalf. We do not share your data with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- see the personal data we have about you
- ask us to correct or delete it
- ask us to limit or stop using it
- receive your data in a common format
- withdraw your consent at any time
To use any of these rights, just contact us. If you think we are not handling your data correctly, you can also file a complaint with the data protection authority: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands or the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy.
